The lost world - The cold blooded world of reptiles and amphibians.
Endearing faces, fascinating body shapes and a habit of sitting still for
long periods of time make reptiles and amphibians my favorite photographical topics.
Tree frogs are probably the most adorable, but sometimes highly venomous creatures one can ever
get to know, and snakes often have very surprising features when viewed up close through a Macro
lens.
The ability to climb trees and a pig headed tolerance of smelly swamps have helped me in my quest
to photograph these charming creatures, as has a rather irresponsible lack of fear of things
with fangs.
Most people dislike snakes, which is a great shame in my opinion. They are super things that eat
up household pests and make for very obliging photographic models.
